I have lived in rotorua for six years, and I have known amelia for six years, during which time I have also contacted some other real estate agents. I think she is the best one of the Rotorua residential sales agents. She is very smart, helpful, professional and patient, and the key point is that she has never used misleading language. Although occasionally I made her angry, she was able to keep her senses. If there is another business in the future, I will choose her again. Keri was great to work with and after consistent open homes and identifying small maintenance issues a sale was the result. Kiri also managed to negotiate a solution for the new buyers where they stored their items in a garage in exchange for repairing a leaking tap issue. As the seller, this negotiation saved my sanity from unnecessary stress and expectations. I would use Kiri again.
