Amanda was an excellent communicator during the whole process of selling our house. She kept us up date with e very step she took during the setting up, and marketing and advertising of our house. She knew exactly where to advertise the house to target the right buyers. Her negotiating skills were excellent and fair, she wanted the best for both parties involved in this transaction. This agent was particuarly difficult to contact. It appeared he had little knowledge of this house. The owner showed us through. We contacted her to ask the questions we needed answers to. The only interest he showed was when we emailed to say we wanted to put offer in Also when contract arrived it stated we had been fully informed about the unpermitted deck. We had no knowledge of this at all prior to seeing it on contract.
