I have dealt with many property agents in past but till date Jaggy tops them all. He is very effective in delivering results per buyers preference. He has been in constant touch throughout the process and even though market hasn’t been totally desirable, he has never given up and been very persistent. He is a buyer’s and seller’s dream agent! He is a very warm person and been a wonderful experience having him our agent! We have found Aritzo overall very good agency and would definitely recommend him and agency to others.

We first met Adam with some specific wants for the house we wanted to buy, we knew it was a bit of a hard task. Eventually we found the house we liked and contacted Adam to view and he was great with organising viewings and keeping in contact with us. Both before and after the purchase Adam’s knowledge was second to none and his care with both us and the vendors was appreciated. …not that they were low, just that we didn’t KNOW. Some people had said “I’ve never heard of Arizto - you need to go with [one of] the well known companies”. Which kind of seems sensible, but. We had known Claire’s husband Carl for some time, liked his proactive, strategic yet practical approach to life and figured he and Claire would likely do a good job. And they did. Their advice, curated through extensive experience, was invaluable whether marketing, current market forces, contractual matters or general issues and was proffered promptly and professionally. They were well informed about the joys and reasons for living in the area and had a very good grip on all aspects, amenities and advantages of our home. So, to sum up their service - they were very engaged (we felt like we were their ONLY listing - but, no), great communicators (and negotiators!) and a pleasure to entrust the selling of our home. Having sold a number of houses (eight or more) over time, Claire and Carl Taylor are undoubtedly the best.

Cannot fault Colin on this one. He obviously has up to date knowledge of the real estate process and good working knowledge of the local market conditions. In particular his communication skills were impressive, and I felt informed of what going on at all times...conversations were concise and informative. He has a relaxed and reassuring manner which can be what is needed in tricky situations....it seems that nothing is too much trouble for him.
