In a declining market, our preferred option was to sell. However, if we didn’t hit our bottom line, tenanting our property was our back up plan. We wanted to go with a flat fee agent to save on real estate fees but we were careful about who we picked as we still needed the agent to work for us as we were were well aware of market trends. We were upfront with Anna from the start and whilst we had a price expectation we also knew we may have been 2 to 3 months late with getting the price we needed. We ran a 3 week deadline, we only got 3 potential buyers through and man did Anna work hard on our behalf. She didn’t once expect us to drop our price, Anna managed to get our only offer up to reach a deal. Would we recommend Anna.. Absolutely, we already have 😃

The sale of our property could not have gone better. From the first meeting with Anna we were impressed with her professionalism and extremely positive approach to marketing the property. She had an excellent knowledge of the current market and gave great advice as the method of sale, (Deadline Sale). Anna and her assistant, Jennifer gave us great support at all stages of the sale process. The property went on the market on a Thursday and we had two open homes on the following Saturday and Sunday. From those open homes we had 5 offers. All the offers far exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Anna and Arizto Real Estate for selling a property.
