Susan was professional throughout and communication was excellent. Susan was helpful without being ‘pushy’. She made sure we had all the information we asked for in a timely manner. She gave us the opportunity to think and was always available to answer questions. When we met Susan in person we were drawn to her friendliness and genuine desire to make sure both the vendor and us were happy. She gave us the time to view the property on our own but was ever present to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend Susan as an agent. If you want your property to sell, she Susan as she does her homework and knows everything there is to know about what she is selling.

Glen seems to have a good understanding of the market. His appraisal was right on the market! He has an easy cheerful attitude that makes you feel welcome. I'm always nervous before the photographs are taken and extra worried before Open Homes, wondering if I have done enough and have presented my property in the best way.
