Read this before signing with an Agent. Steven works at One Agency. My initial meet and greet was with Steves co-worker. I chose (him) One Agency, over 4 other candidates (well known agencies) as he was the obvious stand-out...(see my review for Mike). It soon became apparent that after signing with One Agency I didn't get one of the best out there, I got two. To my complete delight, I met Steve. I would describe Steve as a brilliant individual. His professionalism knowledge and skills were obvious at the outset. But what truly sets him apart was his ability, enthusiasm and never say die attitude. Of course, he had the knowledge that every real estate salesperson should possess but above that Steve aired an X factor. He is a selling guru. Apparently forged of hard metal through the infernos of previous successful international businesses, Steve brings the ability to be insightful, to achieve your targets and to close a deal. This man gets the job done. Together these two agents were a power duo. Seamlessly working in tandem. As a multiple property owner, I have bought and sold many houses over my time meeting many agents along the way. Most, to be fair, I wouldn't allow to look after my cat, let alone sell my house. The difference is tangible and finally you realise the importance of having an agent sell your house. Steve heard what our issues were. He always had our best interests when weighing strategy. He was mindful and respectful of the stressful market we were in and refreshingly utilised hard work, knowledge and skill to sell our house rather than price drop which other realtors were doing. Steve listened to and heard us. He did more than go above and beyond. At no stage did I doubt we were in the best hands available and the stress that removes, is priceless. If integrity and diligence with skills is what you need, if communication matters, don't consider anyone else. Simply put you don't get better than Steve. Trust is all.

Having sold houses before and being disappointed with nearly all previous agencies, this time we interviewed five different agents to find the best. There is a difference between a marketer and a seller. The interviews ranged from the pompus to the disinterested. Mike was the immediate standout who was both knowledgeable and relaxed. He has a confidence that is charismatic and engaging. I am happy to say that throughout, Mike exhibited a masterful display of knowledge and strategy to have numerous offers presented in a collapsing market. It was obvious that other agencies were reducing prices to get sales, Mike used skill, energy and persistence. He was alert to our desires and needs. He listened to and heard what we wanted. When we had a collapsed sale he doubled down rather than putting us into the too hard basket. Although I knew that he was extremely busy he never made us feel that he was too busy for us. Having the knowledge that we would have another multi offer if needed relieved much anxiety on our part. Mike simply secured a sale in what was an extremely difficult market for sellers. He remained in constant communication over a lengthy time, bought in two multi offers and had a third ready to go. He was extremely professional with his dealings with us. I cannot speak highly enough of this agency. If you want or need to sell Mike Will have your back. He will achieve the best price and will put in the most work. He will communicate and streamline the process with your considerations at the forefront of his objectives. In short of you are selling ... Mike is who you want.

Wade was the agent involved in selling a house I recently bought. I was always very professional and friendly, at the house viewing and when organising the offer for the sellers. I found him to be very respectful, not sharing unnecessary information to myself (the buyer) and always making sure that I understood what was happening in the process and what we needed to do next.
