We found Mike and Wade to be totally professional, knowledgeable and helpful. We live in Wellington and we were able to do the whole process via zoom, calls, email . They were so helpful in sorting out the staging of the property, keeping the property looking nice. Would highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely use them again

Our experience with Wade Goatley was an easy one. He was available anytime in person or on the phone. At our initial meeting after our offer on the house, Mike Goatley was very helpful with Wade, explaining all we had to know and do. Wade was friendly and casual throughout, while being business minded about the purchase. Which put us at ease also. Ready to explain all we weren't sure about. If I ever used an agent again, it would be Wade, and I can't say that about many others we have used in the past. Thanks for maklng it all a positive experience Wade.

Mike and the Team at One Agency are boutique! We clicked with Mike straight away, he’s genuine, honest, and reliable but he also makes the process of selling fun! Mike is approachable, easy to contact and no question is a problem. Mike talked us through the different options of marketing and sale processes detailing the benefits of each. We took his advice and couldn’t be happier with the process. Mike was a great sounding board for us too as we prepped for open homes with two young children. Good advice was given, especially around the current market and setting price expectations, as well as an appropriate marketing strategy resulting in a quick sale. There were some unexpected hurdles in the settlement of our property but Mike, Steve and their office support went over and above our expectations to ensure a smooth sale process completion. We've been both a purchaser and vendor with Mike and Steve and would happily work with them again.
