Fanastic sales woman

I can't speak highly enough of my experience of working with Nicola. She was there with me for every step of the process and would make sure I had a thorough understanding of each step. I met Nicola when I was looking to buy a house and she helped us put in an offer for that house, she came to us and read through the agreement unlike other agents who are lazy and just email the sales and purchase agreement. My partner and I have looked at many houses and met lots of real estate agents over 10 month period. Nicola has proven to be a cut above the rest. She is hard working, constant (without being annoying) and is actually passionate about getting the best price for her vendor. After my house was very quickly sold for a really good price, she arranged for us to see many other off market properties. Would employ Nicola again.
