Nicola was awesome to work with. The house was excellently marketed. She answered all of our questions thoroughly and promptly. She helped us through the buying process, including needing to sell our own house very quickly, which at first we didnt think would be possible in such a tight time frame! She was great throughout the entire process, making sure everything progressed as it should.

Nicola was amazing, thank goodness we came across her in our house hunting. She was super friendly on the approach, very HONEST on what she knows about the property (EQC Claims / dog ownership etc.). She taps on us days after the viewing to check how we feel about the property, she understands our concerns and answered all our queries. Help us with putting up an offer, even told us about having a check with our lawyer / MA for the conditions. As we are unaware of such as first home buyers. Also, the process with her is very detailed. She takes us thru it smoothly, and answers all our call and schedule request for the valuation and building report. On the day of inspection, she is very honest about the repairs we ask. All documents provided. On the turnover date of the unit. Everything is well coordinated. House has a small gift box inside, big yellow ribbon and we really felt like it was such a special day. I really felt like she was in middle between me and the seller, truthful on what she knows. Nicola had great local knowledge and negotiated us a great price. Unfortunately that sale fell through and she worked hard with exta open homes and secured us another purchaser within a week. I can't speak highly enough of my experience of working with Nicola. She was there with me for every step of the process and would make sure I had a thorough understanding of each step. I met Nicola when I was looking to buy a house and she helped us put in an offer for that house, she came to us and read through the agreement unlike other agents who are lazy and just email the sales and purchase agreement. My partner and I have looked at many houses and met lots of real estate agents over 10 month period. Nicola has proven to be a cut above the rest. She is hard working, constant (without being annoying) and is actually passionate about getting the best price for her vendor. After my house was very quickly sold for a really good price, she arranged for us to see many other off market properties. Would employ Nicola again.

My Partner Dave and I purchased our first home with Nicola, and we had such an awesome experience. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and was very helpful in the first home buying process. No games, no pressure, just a genuine goal to get the best deal for us and her clients. We purchased with Nicola last year, and her heart for securing a beautiful family home for us was evident.
