Not only is Jass extremely helpful, always available and makes sure you get what you’re looking for (for buying and selling). He is also a genuinely great guy. After helping us buy our first home, and now our second, I can say with confidence that he really does go the extra mile to securing the property. Together we have probably seen 100 or more homes and he has guided us through the buying process with honesty and speed. I’ve recommended him to all my friends who are looking and I will continue to do so as he really is that good. Having an agent for the buying process is something I hadn’t done before, but it makes the biggest difference. From securing private viewings and getting more honest information from the vendors agents, having him by our side each step of the way has been a tremendous help.
