Finding the right agent in Anita made all the difference.

After five months on the market with another agency and no sale, we decided to make a change and moved to Anita from Harcourts. It was honestly such a different experience. We had three offers at the end of the deadline sale and, thankfully, a successful sale. The photography was some of the best I’ve seen for a property, and we had great exposure across social media. I also really appreciated that I didn’t feel I needed to be involved in going over and changing marketing wording. I trusted Anita and her process, and she just got on with it. One thing I particularly liked was Anita’s vendor portal app. We could see the feedback from people who had viewed our home in real time, which was really useful and kept us in the loop without having to be waiting for our weekly update. Anita is also supported by a really great admin team, who were just as professional and helpful as she was. We couldn’t have asked for a better outcome and would definitely recommend Anita.
