I was in the position of selling, without having the next house locked in. As a result I was very nervous about finding myself "homeless". Nathan was reassuring throughout and very good in communicating the plan and strategy before my house was listed. Nathan also provided a team to assist with cleaning and staging. The result was outstanding in all respects, my house sold quickly and I am not homeless! I highly recommend Nathan and his team.

Beth and Lee did an absolutely fantastic job selling our home. From the moment we listed with them, they worked to a tight 3-week deadline, had the property under agreement right on schedule, and then sold it just 7 working days later! They ran mid-week and weekend open homes, each lasting 45 minutes or longer, ensuring every potential buyer had plenty of time to view and ask questions. We needed to do a few touch-ups and install some upgrades before going to market, and they have someone for everything which made the process hassle free. Their professionalism, organisation, and genuine care made the whole process stress-free and efficient.
