We trusted Lee with the sale of our tenanted home and chose him due to his 'no nonsense' approach and honesty. Lee streamlined the whole process and were only contacted when absolutely necessary (being out of town and busy with work at the time). An outstanding marketing campaign resulted in huge numbers through open homes. Even with some set-backs Lee found solutions and got the end result we wanted, in a timely manner. Overall a stress-free experience and we'd highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell.

We first met Nathan a number of weeks ago at an open home in Greerton. The home was not suitable for us, and from then on Nathan stayed in touch via email, which suited us. A couple of weekends ago I met Nathan again at another home, and it was as though I'd bumped into an old friend. :) My husband and I negotiated a contract with Nathan and we purchased the house. I know that I put Nathan "under the pump" and yet he remained professional and helpful the entire time. If I had to use one word to describe Nathan it would be that he has integrity. Nathan is THE guy if you want to sell your property. He made the process so smooth that we didn't even need to lift a finger. Whatever we came across, we called him as he solved everything.
