Selling our property was definitely the most stress free sales experience we have had. Lee and his team guided us through each step and we appreciated the honesty and professionalism throughout the process. The sale went through quickly and smoothly thanks to the advice and dedication from Lee and his outstanding team.

Nathan kept a chain of transactions together and on foot by focussing on outcomes which benefitted all parties - he successfully negotiated amendments to Agreements to make that happen. He did so promptly and professionally.

Lee impressed us with his honest, down to earth, straight forward approach. He is very knowledgeable and up to date with the property market. Lee is also very professional and efficient. The promotion of our home was excellent and resulted in a sale within a few short days. We cannot speak too highly of Lee, Beth and the team. Thank you all for a fantastic result. Malcolm & Marian.

Lee went above and beyond expectations. From first meeting Lee, to the final interaction was an absolute breeze. The way the property was marketed was faultless. The marketing package provided was excellent value, the commincation methods and frequency was very good and Lee genuinely cared about us as vendors. When I let Lee know that we would be using Spacefully Yours to stage the property, he took over the communication and directly dealt with them. The photographers used were not only lovely to deal with but did an amazing job putting together all of the photos and videos of the property and really highlighted the beauty in the property. We had to delay the sale of the property by a few weeks due to personal reasons however Lee reacted very well to this and made everything so much easier. I have nothing but positive feedback to provide and would use Lee time and time again. A big thank you to Lee for your care throughout. I wish you nothing but the best.
