Our experience working with Lee Stringer and The Northern Group and Stringer & Co was amazing. The three attributes mentioned above were constantly of a high standard. Lee's market knowledge was always up to date and his communication we always felt "in the loop". Very professional at all times but always approachable, kind and reassuring.

We highly recommend Nathan Gill. This is the second time we have sold a property with Nathan. With a demanding market, as well as other complications this time, Nathan's positive and professional attitude delivered the results we needed. Nathan kept us well informed every step of the way and was reassuring when things didn't go to plan. We wouldn't have wanted to work with anyone else and completely recommend Nathan Gill to others.

Having previously sold a home with Lee and Beth, there was no question that we would work with them again! Lee and Beth did an amazing job from arranging the brilliant staging with Spacefully Yours Ltd, to the marketing and the open homes. Their knowledge of the property market and their frequent communication was excellent. Lee is a skilful negotiator, ensuring all parties are happy with the outcome. We had a very speedy sale and will certainly use their services again.

Lee was a great agent to have to help sell my house. He was engaging, communicative and kept me fully up to date with developments. I appreciated the regular updates, and was impressed how he carried out the open homes - even after the offer date had sold and up until the agreement went unconditional. He is highly recommended. I would use his services again.
