Brilliant service

Outstanding!
Shelley spoke about market trends and insights with confidence and clarity. She immediately earned our trust by sharing her knowledge of buyer trends, where she felt our home fit in to the current market and what demographic she believed our home would appeal to. She made recommendations as to what small changes we could make to increase the appeal, and ensured we weren’t spending money on unnecessary updates. She was great at keeping us updated, with weekly check-ins following our open homes, as well as weekly insights in to who and how our property was being viewed, online. Shelley went above and beyond, clearly communicating to us the effects that lockdown would have on our settlement, a task that was the responsibility of our solicitor who remained virtually silent through what would have otherwise, been a very confusing time. Would not hesitate to recommend Shelley to others. She has such a friendly, warm and professional manner, and she gets results!

Dene Delivers!

Sale of property in Invercargill
