Losing a parent is hard, and selling the family home soon after is an emotional time. We had to be certain that we picked the right agent that would best represent our parents biggest asset, the one they worked super hard for most of their lives. Rhys was the perfect fit, no pressure, assured we were comfortable and informed throughout the whole process. His communication skills are second to none. He is an active listener and always called/ visited when he said he would. The personal touch of checking in, not evasive but with warmth and respect.
