We recently engaged Shelley to market and sell a late aunt's property in Invercargill. As we are based in Christchurch, this presented certain challenges when preparing the property for sale. Once we were able to clear the property, Shelley and her team took the reins and were absolutely incredible to deal with. Arrangements were made to have the property cleared inside and out. Diving into the property market for the first time is really daunting. Dealing with alot of professional people ( bank people, solicitors, builders etc) and deciphering alot of emails with big scary words screamed anxiety ! But working with Kim made everything a breeze as she has a wealth of knowledge and is able to translate all the technical jargin into dummy form so we could understand exactly what we needed to get done, when we needed to do it and in what order.
