Phillipa did a very good job with selling our property. She is a very thorough realestate agent. She was very good at keeping in touch with us through out the sale process and keeping us well up to date with any up dates and interested parties and what their thoughts were also. This to me is a huge thing.Communication and keeping in touch with the seller. Phillipa was and is very good at this. Over all she was fantastic with a lovely manor and approach to how she handled us.I wasn’t going to be going any where else through out the selling process. We are moving to the Taranaki - never lived there before and have no family there so a bit of daunting experience.
