Right from day one Gemma was was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and experienced. Gemma went above and beyond to get our house sold. Gemma put her all into this sale, working out of her scope to help put that sold sticker up. Gemma always kept us up to date and nothing was ever a problem for her. Gemma's communication was five star and we felt like we could ask her anything. We had many laughs with Gemma as well and feel as though we have built a great relationship throughout this process. This was a long and hard sale for all involved and without Gemma we would not have got the results. We highly recommend using Gemma to sell your house!

Our experience has been pretty average compared to other real estate agencies that we’ve used. There was never a sold sign put on our property and even on settlement it wasn’t taken down, being that there’s a lot of other properties on the market in the area and it’s bare land, we don’t want people thinking they can walk over our land because it still appeared to be on the market. Also what happened to showing your clients some appreciation for their business? Even to the last moment we were chasing up to see that it had settled. As business owners ourselves, it’s been a poor experience at the end.

Dealing with Phillipa has been an absolute breeze. Her friendly professional personality made the whole process hassle free. Phillipa had extensive knowledge of the home we where looking at and no question was every too much trouble. Being our first ever Auction, Phillipa made us feel well informed and confident going into and through out the whole auction process. We appreciate all her efforts with guiding us through this.
