Nikki was enthusiastic and worked hard to sell my house. She was very professional and focussed in her efforts. She was very contactable, approachable and knowledgeable. She kept in touch with me regularly with updates, and ideas to further promote my house on the market. She was positive while realistic about the market at the time, which was really helpful. I am very happy to have had Nikki as my agent and to recommend her.

Really good to deal with Kathy, she was pleasant and interested in what I was planning to do. She followed thru well during the stressful multi offer process. Kept in touch with my process over the following few days. Offered practical solutions and was not at all ‘pushy’ Thanks Kathy

While always professional, Nick was very easy to talk to and answered any queries we had well. We were hesitant about going to auction - which ultimately did not happen - but he explained reasonings. He listened to us advising us in areas we were unsure about allowing us to make decisions when necessary. Nick had good knowledge of the market.

I appreciated Nick taking every opportunity to sell my house. It has been a challenging real estate market but Nick stuck with it and came up with some good offers. These were below our initial expectations but we managed to buy in the same market and we were extremely happy with the outcome. Nick is experienced (been around for a few years now in this real estate profession) , understands the environment we are in and works hard to achieve the best results for vendor. I was very thankful for his involvement and can highly recommend him.

We have used Leo in the past and he was our first choice to market our lifestyle section. He has a positive, realistic attitude and keeps you informed. In a sluggish market he was able to sell our property in a short time with multiple offers. We plan to use Leo's expertise to market another section. We have no hesitation in recommending him to other vendors.

Jamie was awesome to deal with and I can't recommend her enough. I was dreading selling our house due to the stress I’d experienced with our past properties, but Jamie made it stress free. Her knowledge was great due to her experience as an agent. She was an awesome communicator and suggested things that made the property sell in a very quick time frame. I liked the fact that she was straight up, not just trying to get a listing and I trusted her. I would definitely use Jamie again and would recommend her to friends and family.
