Darryl has a first class knowledge of selling a property. Darryl uses his experience well in discussing the different methods of sale with the vendor and how best to market it. During the marketing period he and Nic show a high degree of professionalism whilst running the Open Homes, the on-going follow-ups and weekly reports to the vendor. Darryl has a wide legal knowledge in respect to selling property which he draws on and advises the vendors when necessary. Darryl also is very wise during the negotiation process. Overall I would alway recommend Darryl and Nic as agents to anyone considering selling their property.
