Wow! Grant was superb. We received 3 appraisals from 3 Real Estate Companies.. We selected Grant to market our home as his was the most professional and thorough. We listed on a Monday and on the following Monday (after 3 private viewings and one open home) Grant presented us with a conditional offer. This went unconditional 10 days later. Two and a half weeks to sell. That was phenomenal. Grant's communication throughout was outstanding. He made what can be a stressful process into a smooth transition. We absolutely recommend Grant and Village Real Estate. Their rates were competitive and the experience was fantastic.
