Fast purchase was perfect
We really enjoyed working with Liam when purchasing our new home in Waikanae. He was easy to deal with, very knowledgeable, and always happy to answer questions or clarify details as they came up. His understanding of both the property and the wider market was reassuring throughout the process. What stood out most was Liam’s honesty and helpfulness. He was upfront about the few minor issues with the property, which we appreciated and which helped us feel comfortable moving ahead. Thanks to his clear communication and organisation with the offshore owners, everything moved quickly and smoothly, and the purchase was completed in just three days from start to finalising the purchase. Liam made the whole experience straightforward and far less stressful than we expected. We would happily recommend him to anyone looking to buy and would definitely work with him again.

Helpful, excellent communication, down-to-earth, genuine and knows his stuff
I would highly recommend Grant Longstaff. My partner and I recently bought our first home through Grant. We found him to be friendly and down-to-earth, super helpful and just a genuinely good guy. He made everything as easy as possible for us. He guided us through the process and kept in touch with us through everything. We wanted more information about the plumbing inside the house so Grant ended up tracking down the plumber (who did the work) and arranged for us to speak to him. We really appreciated Grant going the extra mile. Even after the sale had gone through Grant still kept in touch, making sure we got our receipt for our deposit payment and generally being helpful and communicative. We felt like Grant was genuinely happy to see us get into our first home and that meant a lot to us.
