I would highly recommend Grant Longstaff. My partner and I recently bought our first home through Grant. We found him to be friendly and down-to-earth, super helpful and just a genuinely good guy. We wanted more information about the plumbing inside the house so Grant ended up tracking down the plumber (who did the work) and arranged for us to speak to him.
