Her knowledge with photography and staging were fantastic as she showcased our home at its best. She also extended to the legal aspects of selling. We needed to move overseas for work reasons. Rhiannon appraised our property and proposed a valuation and selling price range based upon her extensive local experience with precisely this sort of property. She managed the open homes around our needs and was very diligent in both keeping us informed of the possible buyers and in following up with everyone who visited the property during the open homes. So, we felt fully in the loop. The property sold 13 days after going on the market, which is fast by any standards, and a very significant difference from previous properties we had sold, where finding a buyer took over three months in one case and almost six months in the other - not helpful when one needs to be somewhere else. Rhiannon was active in relation to the property the whole time and she was a delightful person to deal with. We have no hesitation in recommending her to others - and indeed have already done so.
