Gemma was amazing throughout the process of us buying our new home. We had a few issues leading up to the auction in carrying out our due diligence and Gemma was instrumental in making sure everything was done properly, in time and to a high standard. She acted as if the purchase was her own which meant we had full confidence we had covered every angle. Highly recommend Gemma to anyone looking to purchase or sell property. Thanks Gemma!

Glen has been wonderful to work with in purchasing my first home. He has made the process very easy, listened to my needs and helped me in any way he can. He seems genuinely excited in my application, rather than just another sale for him. He was passionate about the house, and I could see that it lived up to his expectations. He was helpful in recommending a supplier for curtains.

Rhiannon is a very experienced agent who knows her market and clientele. Her appraisals given during the listing process were accurate. Nothing was too much trouble. When we requested extra open homes Rhiannon was very accommodating. When she gave advise she was never too pushy. We are very happy with her work and the outcome she achieved for us in a tricky market

Right from first contact Rhiannon was approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. She has been proactive, informative, clear, concise and timely in all her communication with us - she was simply outstanding. A strength of Rhiannon’s is that she listens to understand and will use her knowledge to look for the right solution. We were going through a separation at the time of selling which threw up a few hurdles along the way that Rhiannon handled with upmost professionalism and care. The marketing of the property was professional and the photos and brochures were beautiful. I would absolutely recommend Rhiannon if you’re thinking of selling and I would use her services again myself to sell a property.

Rhiannon was approachable, available and knew as much about the property as would be expected. She made herself available outside of viewing times for additional viewings, information and questions.

Right from the beginning, Rhiannon gave us great advice on preparing to sell. The marketing plan was very clear. The photos, videos, etc. was very professional. Her down to earth manner made us feel at ease. We got good feedback following each open home. She was very approachable to ask any questions. The end result was better than we had hoped for, with a couple of good offers. One being more than we expected. We felt she guided us through the process of selling very well. We would highly recommend her to anyone wanting to sell in the area.
