I have met this fabulous guy Jeremy during one of the open homes during my hunt to purchase my home. Jeremy have an excellent indepth knowledge about the real estate market, he had provided me the un biased analysis of the property and walk me through pros and cons of the property I was interested in to purchase. His responses to my queries were neutral, unbiased and based on the current situation and I have not get any impression that he was just wanting to make the deal through rather he stood with me on many occasions where I had some doubts and make certain clarifications. His communication was fabulous and he have an intention to provide the factual answers which were based on reality rather favoring any one party. He is to the point and clear in his communication through every step in my journey to get the house. He is professional and a must go to person if you want an honest, un biased and market driven analysis. I have a feeling that the properties he put in the market are really nice and above average ones which provides best value for the money. According to my experience both the parties were extremely happy through the process. If someone want to buy or sell the property, Jeremy should be on the top of the list. I wish him all the best.
