On our first meeting with Team Tomes we knew we were in very experienced hands. A lovely couple to engage with, with an open and honest appraisal of the house and current market conditions leading us to set accurate expectations that were met on auction day. Glen and Mel were in regular contact throughout the campaign, supplied excellent and detailed reports covering the marketing performance and open-home feedback. Even unlocking the house for tradies and cleaners at various times when we were unable to. On auction day, Glen and Mel seamlessly worked the floor and with their professional and friendly demeanour were able to maximise the sale price. Neal Persevered with us from our initial inquiry until the time was absolutely right and we were ready to sell then made the whole process as painless as it could possibly be. We were lead easily through the Selling process, the Marketing plans, the Open home schedules and the Legal requirements. Any questions we had were answered quickly and honestly, there were no hidden surprises. As much as this property wasn't necessarily an easy sell, Neal did all the leg work between our lawyers, the purchaser's lawyers and the purchasers themselves.
