Michael Hinds has sold two properties for me now and I really couldn’t recommend him more highly. The first, in a challenging market, sold in seven days, which was frankly miraculous at the time. That in itself is a testament but it’s his manner of working that really impressed me. He works tirelessly, is generous with his time and doesn’t treat anything as a rush or a transaction. He genuinely cares about his clients and I got the feeling he really cared about me and my family. He was patient, calm, respectful, completely reassuring in the way he dealt with an older client. Above all he is professional, even in testing situations. Michael is empathetic, measured, and principled, taking the high road at all times, and is always on hand to offer calm, considered and wise counsel. His ability to calmly unpick complexities, without adding to the stress, is a very special quality. Michael is very astute in the market but also a very decent human being.
