Caroline gave sound advice- put in your best offer She communicated information promptly and was able to assist us understand the legal processes involved in buying a home She would arrange meetings at a time that was convenient to us. I would feel very comfortable in any future dealings- either buying or selling as I know she wants to assist the vendor, but give advice to prospective buyers that would enable them to decide if they wished proceed with making an offer.

As first time sellers, we were a bit nervous coming into the experience. Particularly as time was running out before Christmas and the property had its challenges too. So we were looking for a partner we could trust to guide us through and help us make good decisions. From the first meeting, Mike was personable, honest and supportive.
