He followed through on everything he said he will, and was fresh-thinking and bloody hard working when it came to getting my home sold. While the market slowed, it took a few months to get the right buyer - Michael ran open homes every Sunday without fail and, as the place was vacant, accommodated all requests for private viewings. Michael also cares about the homes he’s selling, meticulously checking things are switched off and locked up when he’s finished - he even went back after meeting at the property because I wasn’t sure if I’d locked up before leaving! Michael has become my go-to agent. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

First time selling a property and the whole process was seamless. Micheal was very clear in how the process works and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Was a FAST sale, advertising was amazing from wording to Photos online and in papers etc The sign out the house got lots of interest. Was nice to have a different agent used in Porirua other than Harcourts which dominates the region, had lots of questions from locals was nice to promote Just Patterson's and say THEY are AMAZING
