Friendly /professional/made the process effortless.
This is our first time going through a selling process of a property Brian made things clear and there was no issues at all when things came up. Brian is a genuine person that cares about his job and his company ,he spoke highly of his team members which gave us conference that we were going to get the best deal with market prices. The overall process was very easy and if we were in a position again we would call Brian.

Happy with Final Outcome
Brian was helpful and informative and listened to our wishes for the sale of our investment property. He found several possible purchasers and gave good advice where required. Although the sale did not go quite as planned, Brian kept us informed and kept us positive throughout the process. Great result

Caring and respectful sales process
Lee was very thorough in her appraisals and reporting. As the house was vacant, and partly furnished only, she came and put in many of here own accessories to make it look lived in. Luckily she picked them all up before the auction truck arrived! We had hoped for more offers, but this is no reflection in Lee, just the market at the time. However with her negotiating skills, we were all happy with the result. She kept in touch post - sale which was nice as well.
