Highly Recommend Anne
Anne was our agent for both buying our new home and selling our existing one. She was amazing! Everything went smoothly, quickly and was clearly explained. Anne is very calm and her kind manner, positive mindset was behind everything just falling into place at the right time. Leanne was extremely helpful in selling our property. She was very responsive to any questions I had and great to work with. Leanne has a very good knowledge of the local housing market and her advice was absolutely on the mark. We sold the house quickly and Leanne also assisted me to purchase another property. Stress free
Did a wonderful job taking care of my property while I was unable to tend to it myself. Communicating at a distance was easy. Also taking care of the property maintenance that was required for the sale.

Working with Leanne - highly professional and personable
I met Leanne when I invited her to conduct an appraisal of our mother's house. I had noticed that Leanne had sold a house just up the road from us. She brought me up to speed up on the Timaru housing market as I live in Auckland. She was sensitve to our particular circumstances which I greatly appreciated. Leanne is speedy in responding to queries and highly professional in her interactions. She gave good advice on the selling process which was new to me as I had not previously experienced a "set sale". What impressed me about Leanne is that she is straight forward and authentic in her approach. You can rely on her judgement and be assured her advice comes from a very good knowledge of the market conditions in Timaru and surrounding areas. On the basis of our experience, we asked Leanne to assist with the successful purchase of another property in Timaru.

Easy to talk to, helpful for first home buyers.
Brian was very helpful for us being first home buyers not knowing much about the process, he recommended a good lawyer and builder for us.
