Wonderful Service
Keeley was great to work with and understood i wanted to make an offer on a property within a few days of seeing it, she worked to get me all of the information i needed quickly. with her help i was able to make an offer which was accepted in under a week of seeing the property. she is very personable and a positive nad engaging person to work with.

Peter was efficient in all ways
Peter always turned up on time. He had a good knowledge of the market . His expectations of the value of the property were lower than ours , however by aiming higher we were able to negotiate to roughly the figure he had originally suggested. We were happy with the settlement price. The company has a wide range of marketing strategies and he organised these well. He ensured that we were able to seal the deal in the very short time before Christmas

Smooth process
We have purchased this property from Australia, a home to live in when we get to Dunedin, Andrew made it easy to view with a great video walk around, spending time to let us view what we needed. It was a quick sale and we were very happy, he has an easy going approach with a professional attitude

Awesome clear and comunicative.
From start to finish, Pip was outstanding from meet n greet, showing me round the property, answering every question, always available via text/email and a bonus being super responsive especially as i am deaf and cannot use the phone. But that didnt make life harder, Pip made it easier. House signed n sealed in no time and looking forward to moving into new home. Highly reccomend Pip to anyone looking for an agent to represent them. Will certainly be first on my list should i be house selling/hunting in the future.
