Andrew made us feel comfortable from the get go. He seemed to genuinely like the property and came back to us with a proposal in a great timeframe. He sold the house within a week and secured a great but fair price for the property. He advised us on what to do to get it ready for sale, and reassured us along the journey. Everything that was needed to be read and signed, he explained well and answered any questions we had. I would definitely use Andrew for any future sales, to feel comfortable and engaged with an agent is important for the vendor and the buyer and I think Andrew had everyone's interests in mind when securing the sale.
