Downsizing in the same city is significant - downsizing from one end of the country to the other is something else entirely. After hours of online property research and with limited time on the ground, I was fortunate to connect with Pip. The property we can now call home wasn’t even online yet - but thanks to Pip and the vendors, I was able to view it, make an offer, and arrange due diligence appointments within the short window I had available. Pip had already obtained the property file, which made things easier, and she managed access for inspections with no fuss. Her communication was clear, timely and practical throughout. Leona is such a lovely agent, she and Mike were very accommodating on our first viewing with heaps of questions. We got real quick in placing our offer not to miss the chance. She was also very straight forward about the property. She is an agent that works very well to both sides (vendor & buyer). She knows how to get the work done! We are impressed on how she handled the transaction with such professionalism and with care for both parties! It was a lovely experience buying our first home with her and Mike and the nicest and easy to deal with vendors it is a very good experience over all! My girls calls her Barbie as she is so beautifully stunning!

It was really easy working with Stacey and Rebecca. From a great initial appraisal, where they clearly knew our property, to the marketing and the communication throughout the selling process, it was just superb. Excellent communication around marketing plan and write up around our property to highlight the unique features. Weekly txt, email and chats and follow up with clients was always top notch. Even after attaining an initial contract they continued to work hard to market the property and achieved a great sale. I would highly recommend.

I have known Peter Hishon for about 40 years and my wife Lyn and I decided to use Peter to sell our house in Alexandra. He was out within a couple of days with a work college Dee Labes.
