The proof was in the pudding; the house was listed on the Sunday evening, two back to back home opens the following weekend, four offers, all exceeding the asking price; sold by the Tuesday. Pip and Tall Poppy offered a fixed price in a market when house prices were going up and so were commission costs of other agents, but I saw no extra effort for the money with other agents wanting 16% which worked out to 4k extra. I was dubious I may get less if a service with a fixed fee but this is not the case, Pip and her team put 100% into this , we were happy with the price, the purchaser. Pip responded to our calls instantly, Pip also arranged jobs to be done as we were not near the property. I was pleased to be contacted my her piers too just checking in **Thoroughly recommend**
