I don’t say that lightly and it’s taken us a long time to decide whether to write this review or not. From the first interaction Stacey was rude and blunt. We were treated like tire kickers from the moment we walked in the door. Not good enough. The property was a lifestyle block, so when we asked questions about key aspects of the lifestyle block like irrigation and she knew nothing. She had no knowledge of any aspect of the property at all really. When we tried to submit an offer it was hard to get her to take our cash offer, we had to follow up multiple times, and tried to phone her business partner as we would have preferred dealing with someone else. Then when we took over the property she rushed us through the property inspection in a few minutes, then made us feel like it was a privilege to even be standing in the house. During the time between offer acceptance and settlement we had questions about the property which we have no doubt the owners, now meeting them, would have been happy to answer, but felt completely unwelcome to ask due to Stacey. It was a disappointing experience as we’ve had some amazing experiences with other Tall Poppy agents when both buying and selling properties. This by no way reflects their company at all.
