We have had the pleasure of dealing with Keeley with firstly her selling our property and now doing a purchase through her. Keeley goes beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. She was very thorough with all areas and was constantly in communication with us. We would highly recommend Keeley to anyone who wants a great sale and to find that perfect purchase.

Leona is fabulous. She has this uncanny ability to step through this process with such expertise and empathy, that a process that is known to be very stressful instead feels almost seamless and stress free. Leona knew what we wanted to achieve and she made it happen exactly as we hoped it would. We put the success of the experience entirely down to Leona; her knowledge, her insightful sales approach and her kindness in the little stressful bits make her a really special agent. We are so happy to have worked with her and absolutely will again.

Pip was very helpful, offer extra services to help get the process sorted, and she went beyond everything to help us with the process to get us to stay within our timeframe. We would really recommend her and Tall Poppy real estate to our friends and family as the preliminary offer to purchase made it all so much easier.

This is the 2nd house Keeley has sold for us. It sold quickly, however, Keeley assisted greatly in an agreed marketing price of which we secured in days of listing. Would not hesitate to use Keely again or recommend her!

Pip has been everything I expected from a good real estate agent. She has been upfront, reliable, trustworthy and well informed. I was grateful for her knowledge and her ability to explain in a straightforward way, some of the issues that confused me. She sets clear boundaries while maintaining a warm and supportive approach. She gave me confidence in the process and I have liked dealing with her very much. This is the second time Pip has been involved in the marketing and sale of a property belonging to my mother so she has proven herself, and been known to my family, over a period of time. I wish her well.

Leona was incredibly supportive and accommodating. She understood me and my circumstances and made the transition from one house to another as seemless as possible. She had my back the entire time. I could not have wished for more support. She stood beside me during the entire process.

It was a real pleasure dealing with Pip and Tall Poppy in the purchase of my new home. Pip is very easy to communicate with and is able to create a sense of ease or confidence in the purchase process. I greatly appreciated her highly efficient, helpful and honest approach which as well as the preliminary offer process of Tall Poppy minimised the stress levels of the overall experience. I would highly recommend Pip as your real estate agent and would have no hesitation in dealing with her again. Thanks again Pip!!

I cannot recommend Keeley enough! She went the extra mile to keep our property looking tidy and ready for the market by looking after our garden and yard. Her communication was excellent and she made the whole process simple and easy. I would use Keeley again to sell any further properties. The best real agent in Central Otago!
