Nathan provided a fair and practical written market assessment of our property. He was diligent and flexible by accommodating our particular timeline needs. This involved delaying some of the sales process for 3 weeks until we returned from overseas. Scott has sold a few of our properties over the years and always delivered above expectations on service and results. We were really seeking an investor to buy it so the tenants (who are such nice people and living for so long) wouldn't have to move. Also ideally our property manager could also continue as he does a great job. The market isn't great for selling at the moment, however Scott had a buyer for asking price right from the 1st open home. They wanted to keep the tenants and the property manager too.
