We met Nathan in a very difficult family situation after our dad passed and we children, who live in Europe, came to take care of the estate and sell the house. Nathan has always been extremely professional, reliable, friendly and helpful, and especially sensitive regarding our situation. It was a great experience to work with him. Also, I would like to mention the very helpful communication, be it by e-mail, whatsapp or phone, taking into consideration the time substantial differences. His outstanding knowledge of the real estate market lead to a quick sale of the property at a price that was (expectably) a little bit below our initial offer. Nathan provided us with valuable information that made it possible for us to realistically assess the market in Nelson and specifically in the local area where the property has been sold. I found Nathan to be down to earth, easy to talk to, was quick with answering any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable in his line of work.
