The service from Tall Poppy has been great. Rob and I initially had Sean as our agent who left halfway through the purchase. At this stage we were a bit worried about the way forward. But Tim picked right up behind Sean and had us right back on top of what was happening, where we were at and what the next steps were. His communication is excellent.
