Myself and my son meet Tammy on the view day which was on a Sunday and she welcoming us with kindness. She was busy with other viewers so we decided to start our viewing from the outside perimeter of the property and work our way into the house, giving others the room they need. I fall in love with the place straight away as we drove up the driveway and I knew that I have to try my best to get this place. When we completed our viewing and meet Tammy again on our way out. She was very helpful from this moment onwards. This was my first time of buying a house, so Tammy was "my go to person" when I need someone to point me in the right direction from property lawyer to builder reports...Communications was very clear, simple and helpful as I already mentioned.
