Iain got the listing on the basis of past interactions with him and a friend of mine. He was my first choice for my property, and also for another my wife has listed. His professionalism and integrity are first class, and his open and practical approach is absolutely fantastic. He sets a very high standard which is really impressive. He has consistently exceeded our expectations and he has been outstanding in every way.

Iain stays ahead of the game by ensuring his advice is current and accurate. We were a little out of touch as far as the market was concerned, but with Iain's guidance we sold with very little stress and on target. We will definitely be looking to Iain for our next listing!
