Thorough appreciation of my expectations and in promoting the property.Impressive team work .

Tammy had previously sold two properties for me, so I was confident of her honesty, diligence and communication skills, both with me and prospective buyers.Also impressed by way Jo took over when Tammy was away. Neither tried to change my opinion regarding the price I expected and responded well to one negative builder’s report, continued promoting positively.

Great communication with flexibility and a no pressure approach with a positive attitude.

Brooke has made the experience of buying my first home a great one, she went out of her way to answer questions and solve problems to help the process even outside of normal work day hours. With her positive attitude towards meeting the clients needs with flexibility to work into personal time frames has been amazing. Her no pressure approach has given me time to think “what is actually best for me”. I highly recommend her for anyone looking to buy a house or holiday home.

Both agents were excellent in all areas of Real Estate

Very responsive, always available at any time, had no trouble understanding market knowledge, negotiation skills well understood. My husband and I are elderly and unsure of anything to do with buying or selling a property. Technology in particular was very difficult but but agents were 100% there for us to help us cope. Their professionalism was amazing.
