We have sold two houses (ten years apart) with Iain acting as our agent, and honestly can't rate him highly enough. He has an incredible attention to detail, which he uses to honestly appraise a property and provide guidance on every aspect of preparing for market. His depth of knowledge was apparent from the first meeting as he highlighted several things we needed to consider/deal with to prepare for sale that were not noted by other agents we met with. He clearly set out what we could expect from him, as well as setting realistic expectations for the sale (he then exceeded those expectations in both property sales). He had a clear strategy to market our property, and then reacted and adjusted that strategy in real time, based on feedback from the first open home. Very quickly Iain had multiple interested parties and two firm offers. Iain's fee was highly competitive, as was the marketing package he presented us with. It is also clear that Iain will work to get the best possible price, even though he gets paid the same no matter what the property sells for. He appears to just love doing the absolute best job he can for you. In what is often considered a highly stressful process, Iain is a calm, confident, guiding presence who actually just made it feel too easy. We can't thank you enough Iain; it has (again) been an absolute pleasure working with you.
