Annette was an invaluable assistant to me. This is the first house I have ever sold. From the very start Susan distinguished herself as being clearly focused on the nature of our house and its marketability. She was clear about her role and the marketing that she would undertake. She had an eye for detail and for the broader perspectives of its attractiveness. She supported us in preparing the property for market and keeping us informed of the marketing process. Despite the slowness of the market, she identified an acceptable buyer at the first open house, and then on she was focussed on ensuring the legal steps were undertaken expeditiously. Overall all it was a very satisfying experiences.
