Ryan is knowledgeable in rural real estate and really went to 'bat' for us; we had figured sales in the area would be both slower than usual in the current market and that the final purchase price would be lower than we hoped for; As our neighbours both sides were also on the market we didn't expect miracles.... Ryan was so easy to deal with. From the first phone call to arranging a viewing on the same day. We are currently dealing with some other family stuff but nothing seemed to be an issue for Ryan with meeting us for a second viewing and had the offer ready to be signed within an hour of the viewing and under contract that night. We listed with Darnel after receiving her appraisal and hearing her marketing strategy. Darnell's approach is very warm and friendly and you felt the whole time she was part of the family and was vested in selling our property as much as we were. With selling a property you put your trust in the Company and of course the agent. You are guided by these people in both marketing and selling. From our first introduction to Andrew, we felt that we had made the correct choice. Andrew provided us with a marketing strategy. As this was a tenanted property Andrew arranged the open homes around the tenant. We were extremely happy to be advised that after the first open home, we had an interested party. This was confirmed with a conditional offer four days after the open home. Andrew kept us up to date during the whole process even indicating that there was a backup offer in the wind.
