I researched who had been selling the most local properties in this challenging market and Ryan came out on top there. We then went on to list with him which proved to be a great decision as there was a contract on our property almost straight away which he nurtured through to unconditional. We could not have been happier and really appreciate the effort and professionalism that Ryan brought to the process. Ryan is a great choice if you are looking to get your property sold quickly and for a great price in a hard market.

Ryan's enthusiasm and friendliness would be the first thing I warmed to. He is passionate about what he does and it shows. This was my first exposure to purchasing a home and Ryan provided me with great guidance and advice (where he legally could of course) helping me to find where to find the information I needed or giving me a sense of encouragement when I felt discouraged. Nothing was a problem and I felt his patience with my total lack of knowing what I was doing was amazing and helped keep me grounded through it. I have some health issues at the moment and his compassion and understanding was appreciated.. he was always willing to work around what I needed. I would highly recommend Ryan to anyone.
