Sheila is professional, friendly, hardworking with a great sense of humour. I felt prioritised and was communicated with every step of the way. I can’t recommend her highly enough. A great result in tough market. Thank you Sheila and Jacinta!

We loved working with Sheila and Jacinta on the sale of our home. Sheila was fabulous at keeping us updated on progress, was helpful and thoughtful when staging and preparing our home for sale. She is down to earth, genuine, and easy to work with. If you're looking for agents with fabulous local knowledge, they are it! We highly recommend this team.

Sheila assisted us to buy our first home. She was enthusiastic, encouraging and extremely knowledgeable! She held our hands through the whole process and supported us through all the highs and lows of trying to find a house. I really think she went above and beyond for us and was always at the other end of the phone! We are now in our dream house largely with thanks to her! Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a house!

From listing the property to settlement day Jacinta gave 100%. Regular detailed feedback on open homes and potential buyers. We appreciate how much hard work goes on to get a deal on the table and Jacinta kept her finger on the pulse the whole time. If you want a hardworking, enthusiastic, positive and professional agent to market your property and go the extra mile, we have no hesitation in recommending Jacinta. A real pleasure to work with. Thank you.

This is our first house in New Zealand. Sheila was really helpful and patient. No matter before or after the buy, she always tried her best to help us. Really appreciate it!

I will not suggest selling a home of fifty years is a pleasing experience, but Sheila Hunniford of Mangere Bridge's One Agency made the business of selling both straight-forward and understandable with respect to the various requirements involved. From the day we, my wife and I, contacted Sheila (and One Agency) we found her a pleasure to deal with: cheerful, precise and professional in all respects. We looked for a local agent when selling our home and although several were available we have not regretted employing One Agency to conduct the sale. We would recommend Sheila and One Agency to anyone selling real estate.

Sheila and Jacinta impressed us when we were looking for an agent to sell our property. They came with a plan which convinced us they were the team for us. They then also listened to our thoughts and ideas giving them due consideration and provided sensible feedback. We were lucky to receive a great offer early, but what further impressed us was Jacinta and Shelia continuing to market and push our house for sale until everything was finalised. Great team which lead to a great result.
