We chose Jacinta after speaking to three agents and are pleased with the service she provided in a difficult market which meant she had to be persistent. We had bought another home as part of a two year plan to downsize so were feeling the self imposed pressure to sell. The marketing she organized saw many prospective purchasers view our house but in a slow market not many were cashed up. Jacinta and Sheila were able to talk prosepective purchasers into upping the price of their offers before we finally got "the one" which closed the deal. We don't believe we could have got a better outcome with any other agent so what Jacinta provided was good value for the time and effort she and Sheila expended.

She very passionate, calm, listening and always stay on the same page. Never complaining any issue about time and efforts on the matter. Friendly and effective communication on each single matter with been thru for the whole process of sales. I really appreciated and feels gifted to meet you (Jacinta) back 2014 when first bought our investment property. I believe this what we always said serendipity between people in good faith’s.
