Nicola was great to work with. Always cheerful and conscientious. Very understanding when it came to agent's fee as there was (through no fault of our own or on her part) a miscalculation on the buyer's end in regards to deposit so we were unable to pay Harcourts fee on time. I would highly recommend Nicola.

Nicola gave us confidence right from the get go. This was our first experience selling a home through an agent and it is a stressful time but Nicola was awesome. She told us how to stage our home before it went on the market, we had regular weekly face to face meetings to keep us updated with open homes feedback, market feedback and general real estate movement in the area. The real experience showed when she was able to present us with multiple offers on the same day. She made that fun and interesting and we could tell that it was her experience in the market that shone through at the crucial time.

From my first conversation with Leeon I felt confident that he could sell my house. Leeon's 'can, and will do' attitude was encouraging and I never thought, for a moment, that the house wouldn't sell.
