Nicola was a pleasure to deal with, professional in her approach with us, and clearly showed a high degree of knowledge and experience in her profession. Nicola worked hard to get the sale of our property over the line, and for that we are grateful.

Working with Nicola to sell our house was a positive experience Nicola worked hard, doing open homes weekend after weekend. Her knowledge of Motueka and its community is invaluable. With her warm and friendly manner, she has an ability to connect with both buyer and seller. She followed up on interested parties and gave us valuable feedback. We are stoked that she managed to sell our home during a time that interest rates are very high. Thank you Nicola for your hard work!

Very easy to deal with. Didn't pressure me at all and got a hard sale through.

Nicola went out of her way to ensure I could view a property last minute which I really appreciated. In all my dealings with Nicola she has demonstrated complete professionalism and, in my view, did an excellent job for her vendor client.

Nicola had an excellent understanding of the current market conditions and offered great advice on presenting our property. She was very professional and regularly kept us up to date with how things were progressing. We were really happy with the process and the results.

In selling our late parents' final home it was important to our family that the sale process was handled with sensitivity and also that the property was ideally sold to the 'right' buyer. Nicola fully understood this and she managed the entire marketing and sale process with that in mind. She was both positive and encouraging, after there had been a drop off in potential buyer interest with time on the market, while also being open in her discussions with us around where the property sat relative to the existing market. Her persistence paid off and all our family are very happy with the sale outcome. Thanks Nicola (and Kelly too) from the Fon Family!
