An outstanding agent who truly went above and beyond during what was a challenging and emotional time for our family. She made the entire process feel manageable and supported from start to finish. Her communication was excellent, keeping us consistently informed with regular updates and always responding promptly to any questions, even outside of normal hours. We always felt well-informed and reassured throughout. What stood out the most was her genuine empathy, kindness, and aroha. She approached everything with care and understanding, which made a real difference to our experience. We felt supported, respected, and in very good hands every step of the way. Confident and calmly reassuring
Tammy had a positive and confident manner - her approach felt very natural, it seems that way due to her depth of experience with people and property. She gave excellent examples when explaining options, and even though she is very busy, was always reachable for answers or clarifications when needed. Also, the support staff in the Harcourts office were welcoming and friendly.

Tammy was always knowledgeable, personable and reassuring.
We found Tammy to be a very clear communicator, she is honest and knows the local market. She worked hard to sell our property for a price we were happy with. Whenever we were uncertain about anything she was easy to contact, answered all our questions and we felt supported along the way. Selling a home we had lived in for 37 years was a wrench- Tammy understood this and reassured us as new issues came up. Selling up is stressful and it is great when you feel your agent is working hard for you. Tammy we are grateful for your professionalism and enthusiasm!

Emmily was absolutely awesome. Her communication skills were above and beyond what I have delt with in the past. I would definitely recommend Emmily to anyone looking at buying or selling. Market knowledge and negotiation skills are always a plus. You will be pleased with her professional manner , it was always on point. So friendly and just wonderful to deal with.
